Yannick Oswald
Dr. Yannick Oswald is a postdoctoral scientist at the University of Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland. He researches complex social and economic systems and the conditions under which positive change is possible or likely. Currently he explores models of evolutionary political economy and whether ideas from postgrowth economics are viable or not. He has strong interests in energy, economic development, modelling, scenario building, complexity science, AI, technology, Python, mathematics, space and history. He was previously a research fellow at the University of Leeds, working on data assimilation for agent-based models.
